粉葛栗子竹薯粟米豬骨湯

材料:

  • 粉葛 1斤

  • 栗子 10-12粒

  • 竹薯 3條

  • 粟米 1條

  • 豬骨 1塊

  • 果皮 1個

做法:

  1. 清洗粉葛切塊

  2. 栗子去殼和外皮

  3. 竹薯去外皮,清洗切片

  4. 清洗粟米切段,備用

  5. 飛水:豬骨放入熱水內滾一滾,浸約5分鐘,再清洗

  6. 果皮用熱水浸透刮瓤

  7. 先下果皮,滾水放下材料,煲2小時
