豉油王雞翼

步驟:

  1. 先解凍雞翼,清洗後用鹽醃雞翼20分鐘

  2. 預備醬汁(老抽、豉油和糖)

  3. 用油和薑煎雞翼兩面,加醬汁蓋上蓋煮10分鐘,熄火焗25分鐘
