椰子瘦肉湯

材料:

  • 椰子連椰子汁 1個

  • 瘦肉 4兩

做法:

  1. 清洗椰子,備用

  2. 飛水:瘦肉放入熱水內浸約5分鐘,備用

  3. 滾水放下椰子和瘦肉,煲2小時,再加入椰子汁煲15分鐘

  4. 完成
