芥菜紫蕃薯瘦肉湯

做法:

  1. 清洗芥菜,摘開葉和葉柄

  2. 蕃薯去皮,切細塊

  3. 清洗瘦肉後,切片,用香草醃10分鐘

  4. 放兩片薑,水滾後放下蕃薯和瘦肉,煲5分鐘
    再加芥菜葉柄滾一滾,最後加芥菜葉蓋上蓋煲3-4分鐘,熄火加少許鹽
