粉葛土茯苓馬蹄湯

做法:

  1. 清洗粉葛和土茯苓

  2. 飛水:瘦肉放入熱水內浸約5分鐘

  3. 馬蹄去皮,備用

  4. 果皮用熱水浸透刮瓤

    image image

  5. 先將果皮放入清水煲滾,再加入全部材料,煲2小時

  6. 完成
