焗三文魚骨腩蕃茄螺絲粉

步驟:

  1. 把螺絲粉放入熱水滾一滾,熄火焗5分鐘,瀝乾

  2. 清洗三文魚骨腩,剪開瀝乾,用椒鹽粉醃兩面20分鐘

  3. 清洗蕃茄,切片

  4. 預備調味料:薑和蒜頭粒,蔥粒,螺旋藻,風味葫椒

  5. 放螺絲粉入焗盤,拌勻調味料:薑和蒜頭粒,蔥粒,螺旋藻,風味葫椒粉

  6. 螺絲粉面放茄蕃片和三文魚骨腩,包錫紙

  7. 160度,上下發熱,焗20分鐘,完成
