韭菜花肉絲炒麵

今天試下炒兩面黃麵,買麵,韭菜花和豬肉,上碟後麵都幾脆,下次再試用其它配料

步驟:

  1. 用水清洗麵後,放入熱水滾一滾

  2. 麵用清水過冷河

  3. 瀝乾麵

    image

  4. 放麵入煎鍋內

    image

  5. 煎脆一面,反轉再煎脆另一面

    image

  6. 炒肉絲和韭菜花,再加醬汁(豉油、糖、椒鹽粉、醋)煮熟

  7. 把肉絲和韭菜花放在麵上,完成上桌
