菜芯秋葵豆雞扒煮螺絲粉

步驟:

  1. 把螺絲粉放入熱水滾一滾,熄火焗10分鐘,瀝乾

  2. 先解凍雞扒,切條狀,用調味料醃雞扒15分鐘

  3. 清洗菜芯、秋葵後,灼熟

  4. 炒熟雞扒,放菜芯、秋葵、螺絲粉入鑊,炒勻

  5. 完成
