四季荳豬肉碎煮長通粉

步驟:

  1. 長通粉放入熱水滾一滾,熄火,焗20分鐘,瀝乾

  2. 清洗四季荳切段狀

  3. 用糖、黃薑粉和椒鹽粉醃豬肉碎15分鐘

  4. 預備薑、蒜頭和蔥,用薑和蒜頭起鑊,放入豬肉碎爆一爆

  5. 再放入四季荳,加少許水蓋上蓋子煮熟7分鐘

  6. 放入長通粉和一碗混合醬汁(糖,鹽,豉油和水),煮滾醬汁拌勻加蔥,

  7. 完成
