矮瓜黃背木耳金菇煮蝦乾

步驟:

  1. 浸黃背木耳絲15分鐘,瀝乾

  2. 浸蝦乾15分鐘,瀝乾

    image

  3. 清洗金菇,把金菇分開,瀝乾

    image

  4. 清洗矮瓜,切條

    image

  5. 預備薑和蒜頭,調味汁(糖,豉油,香茅椒鹽,水和蠔油)

  6. 放油、薑和蒜頭入鑊,加蝦乾和黃背木耳絲爆一爆,加入矮瓜和調味汁蓋上蓋煮熟

  7. 再加入金菇煮一煮

    image

  8. 完成
