黃薑粉雞翼

材料:

  • 急凍巴西雞翼 2磅

步驟:

  1. 先解凍雞翼,清洗

  2. 加兩片薑入鍋煲滾水,放入雞翼飛水減去雪味,瀝乾

  3. 用糖,黃薑粉和椒鹽粉醃雞翼15分鐘

  4. 預備薑,蔥和蒜頭,一碗調味料汁(糖,豉油,2湯匙黃薑粉和水)

  5. 用薑和蒜頭起鑊,放入雞翼爆一爆,加入調味料汁,蓋上蓋煮雞翼至熟透

  6. 放入蔥熄火焗1分鐘,完成
