焗洋蔥魚柳

步驟:

  1. 先解凍魚柳,清洗切塊,瀝乾,用油、糖、椒鹽粉和黃薑粉醃魚柳

  2. 清洗洋蔥後,切片

  3. 放魚柳和洋蔥焗盤,包錫紙

  4. 170度,上下發熱,焗20分鐘,完成
