青瓜黃耳絲蓮子煮雞腿

步驟:

  1. 先解凍雞腿,清洗後用鹽醃雞腿15分鐘

  2. 浸黃耳絲15分鐘,瀝乾

  3. 醬汁:2湯匙豉油、少許香茅椒鹽加半碗水

  4. 青瓜切片,蓮子去芯

  5. 雞腿用薑飛水,盛起

  6. 放雞腿、黃耳絲、蓮子,加入醬汁,直至收乾醬汁,最後加青瓜拌勻
