豉油煮雞腿

步驟:

  1. 先解凍雞腿,清洗,加兩片薑和一隻小紅椒入鍋煲滾水,放入雞腿飛水減去雪味,再用水清洗,瀝乾

  2. 用鹽醃雞腿15分鐘

  3. 用油,薑和蒜頭放入鍋內,放入雞腿爆一爆,加一碗混合醬汁(糖、香茅椒鹽粉和豉油),蓋上蓋煮熟

  4. 加蔥,完成
