白米加三色藜麥紫蕃薯粥

步驟:

  1. 米2杯加1杯三色藜麥,加鹽、油浸入清水30分鐘

  2. 紫蕃薯去皮切塊,浸入水內,備用

  3. 果皮用熱水浸透刮瓤

    image

  4. 加果皮入真空煲,水滾加米、三色藜麥和紫蕃薯,明火煲20分鐘,放入真空煲內3至4小時,取出再用明火再煲20分鐘

  5. 完成
