竹笙黑木耳煮白菜

步驟:

  1. 清洗白菜

  2. 浸黑木耳15分鐘,瀝乾

  3. 浸竹笙15分鐘,去頭和尾段,飛水,瀝乾

  4. 預備薑和蒜頭,調味料(糖,豉油和蠔油)

  5. 放薑和蒜頭入煲,水滾後,加竹笙、黑木和白菜蓋上蓋煮5分鐘,再加調味料煮2-3分鐘

  6. 完成
