冬菇黑木耳紅棗蒸雞

步驟:

  1. 雞清洗後去雞皮,切塊

  2. 浸冬菇2小時,切絲,瀝乾

  3. 浸黑木耳20分鐘,瀝乾

  4. 清洗紅棗,瀝乾

  5. 放雞,黑木耳和紅棗入蒸盆內,加入薑,蒜頭和調味料(糖,香茅椒鹽和豉油)拌勻

  6. 水滾放入蒸盆,蓋上蓋蒸15分鐘,完成
