西芹紫洋蔥沙律雜荳煮蝦仁

步驟:

  1. 洗西芹和紫洋蔥,切塊,備用

  2. 沙律雜荳倒出,瀝乾水份

  3. 先解凍蝦仁,用糖、椒鹽粉和黃薑粉醃蝦仁15分鐘

  4. 用薑和蒜頭起鑊,放入蝦仁爆一爆

    image

  5. 再加西芹和紫洋蔥,蓋上蓋煮至八成熟後,再加入沙律雜荳煮一煮,完成
