蘿蔔芹菜煮鯪魚肉

步驟:

  1. 買已剁的鯪魚肉,比較方便,先放調味(糖,鹽,椒鹽粉,黃薑粉,麻油和少許豉油),把鯪魚肉攪成膠狀,再加蔥粒拌勻

  2. 清洗芹菜後,切段

  3. 清洗蘿蔔去皮,切條狀

  4. 用油、薑起鑊,先煎鯪魚肉一面,再翻轉煎另一面,煎好後切條狀

  5. 放蘿蔔入滾水,煮10分鐘

  6. 用油、薑起鑊,放入蘿蔔,一碗混合醬汁(糖,鹽,豉油和水)蓋上蓋至蘿蔔吸收醬汁,再加入已煎的鯪魚肉和芹菜,煮熟
