生菜牛丸墨魚丸煮魷魚

步驟:

  1. 先解凍魷魚,清洗,放入煲內滾一滾飛水,剪開魷魚

  2. 清洗牛丸和墨魚丸,每粒丸上下切十字,放入煲內滾一滾飛水

  3. 預備醬汁(糖,椒鹽粉,黃薑粉,蠔油和豉油),薑和蔥

  4. 生菜清洗後,先灼熟,盛起

  5. 加油,薑和蔥入鍋,先爆一爆魷魚,加入牛丸,墨魚丸和醬汁,煮熟收乾汁

  6. 加蔥,把牛丸,墨魚丸和魷魚放在生菜面,完成
