肉餅盎頭飯

步驟:

  1. 用糖,椒鹽粉和黃薑粉醃碎豬肉20分鐘

  2. 把已洗的米放入不銹鋼盎內,加水(1杯米=1杯水)

  3. 再放碎豬肉在米面,加薑絲

  4. 把不銹鋼盎放入鍋內蒸20鐘直至飯熟透,熄火焗15分鐘

  5. 最後加入蔥粒再焗2分鐘
