煮雞軟骨

材料:

  • 急凍雞軟骨1包

步驟:

  1. 先解凍雞軟骨,清洗

  2. 加兩片薑,一隻小紅椒入鍋,煲滾水,放入雞軟骨飛水減去雪味,瀝乾

  3. 加兩片薑入鍋,先爆一爆雞軟骨,倒入醬汁(糖,椒鹽粉,黃薑粉,蠔油和豉油),慢火至雞軟骨吸收醬汁,大約25分鐘
