肉絲盎頭飯

步驟:

  1. 用糖,椒鹽粉和黃薑粉醃碎豬肉15分鐘

  2. 1杯米放入不銹鋼盎內

  3. 把已洗的米放入不銹鋼盎內,加水(1杯米=1杯水)

  4. 再放豬肉在米面,加薑絲

    image

  5. 水滾後,把不銹鋼盎放入鍋內蒸20鐘直至飯熟透,熄火焗15分鐘

  6. 完成
