煎龍脷魚柳

步驟:

  1. 先解凍龍脷魚柳,清洗後用鹽醃龍脷魚柳15分鐘

  2. 醬汁:1湯匙豉油加2湯匙水和1茶匙糖,混合蔥段

  3. 用油和薑煎龍脷魚柳一面,反轉再煎龍脷魚柳另一面,盛起

  4. 煮熱醬汁

  5. 加醬汁在龍脷魚柳,完成
