小白菜生菜木耳豬肉煮粉絲

步驟:

  1. 洗小白菜和生菜,備用

  2. 豬肉切條,用糖、椒鹽粉和黃薑粉醃豬肉15分鐘

  3. 用清水浸木耳,瀝乾

  4. 用清水浸粉絲,瀝乾

  5. 用薑和蒜頭起鑊,放入豬肉爆一爆,再加入木耳

  6. 加入小白菜和生菜頭煮至八成熟後,再加入生菜煮一煮

  7. 再加入粉絲和少許醬汁煮熟粉絲

  8. 加蔥,完成
