浸雞腳

步驟:

  1. 清洗後雞腳,用鹽醃雞腳15分鐘

  2. 用薑和小紅椒把雞腳飛水

    image

  3. 鹵水汁(小紅椒、八角、香葉、香草)煲滾後,加雞腳煮5分鐘(雞腳不易煮太耐,容易爛),熄火浸30分鐘

  4. 完成
