雞扒黑木耳芹菜煮韓國芋絲

步驟:

  1. 先解凍雞扒,清洗後去雞皮,切塊
    用丁香、香茅椒鹽粉和風味葫椒粉醃20分鐘

  2. 浸韓國芋絲15分鐘,瀝乾

  3. 浸黑木耳15分鐘,瀝乾

  4. 預備蔥段和芹菜

  5. 預備一碗醬汁(糖,蠔油和水)

  6. 煎雞扒一面,反轉再煎雞扒
    再加入一碗醬汁,黑木耳,芹菜和蔥段,拌勻
    煮至韓國芋絲吸收醬汁

  7. 完成
