白米加三色藜麥粥

步驟:

  1. 米2杯加1杯三色藜麥,加鹽浸入清水30分鐘

  2. 果皮用熱水浸透刮瓤

  3. 加果皮入真空煲,水滾加米和三色藜麥,明火煲15分鐘,放入真空煲內3至4小時,明火再煲20分鐘

  4. 完成
