煮雞髀

步驟:

  1. 先解凍雞髀,清洗後用鹽醃雞髀20分鐘

  2. 放薑和小紅椒入煲,水滾放入雞髀滾3分鐘飛水,減雪味

  3. 雞髀飛水後,再清洗

  4. 加油和薑煎雞髀一面,反轉再煎雞髀另一面

  5. 加一碗混合醬汁(糖,香茅椒鹽,黃薑粉,風味葫椒粉,豉油和蠔油),蓋上蓋蒸10分鐘,用筷子插入雞髀測試是否熟透
