蘿蔔煮魷魚

步驟:

  1. 先解凍魷魚,清洗,剪開魷魚

  2. 蘿蔔去皮,切條狀

  3. 預備醬汁(糖,椒鹽粉,黃薑粉,蠔油和豉油),薑,蒜蓉和蔥

  4. 放薑和蘿蔔入煲內,加少許油和鹽煮10分鐘,盛起

  5. 加油和蒜蓉入鍋,先爆一爆魷魚,盛起

  6. 加蘿蔔和醬汁入鍋,煮至軟身,最後加魷魚和蔥,拌勻

  7. 完成
