杞子燕麥片

材料:

  • 三份二湯碗燕麥片

  • 二湯碗水

  • 二匙羹杞子

步驟:

  1. 浸杞子三分鐘

  2. 水滾下燕麥片和杞子,加蓋煮一分鐘,取走蓋再煮二分鐘
