茄子翡翠豆苗雞髀紅米糙米黑米飯

步驟:

  1. 解凍雞髀,清洗後瀝乾

  2. 清洗茄子,切塊

  3. 清洗翡翠豆苗

  4. 浸洗紅米、糙米、黑米3小時

  5. 水滾加薑灼熟雞髀、茄子、翡翠豆苗
    電飯煲煮熟(紅米、糙米、黑米)
    雞髀、茄子、翡翠豆苗拌飯,完成
